Long story short, a quarter life crisis on a dancefloor in Florence over 10 years ago led me to the living the life of my dreams. It was one of those moments of clarity, where your soul yells out above the noise of societal expectation, and you realise what you truly want to do with your one precious life.
In my case, this revelation saw me end a six-year relationship with my fiancé and move to the other side of the world to pursue a juicier existence, full of travel, adventure, and romance.
In amongst all that good stuff, I realised the 9-5 wasn’t for me, so I hired a coach to help me work on what my professional future would look like. This is when I had my Double Eureka moment.
1. Coaching is an incredibly powerful tool.
2. I want to be that tool for other people.
Learning about myself really helped me create a life I love. Now I’m back in Aotearoa helping people have their own Florence dancefloor/Double Eureka moments, which is pinch-me perfect.
I figure whether you live big or live small, no one gets out of this thing alive. So you might as well go headlong towards your dreams with your whole heart.
